The planning journey
From first call to the day itself
Every wedding I plan moves through the same six chapters. Here is what each one feels like.

How it unfolds
Six chapters, one calm thread
You will never wonder what happens next. We move through it together, at a pace that feels easy.

The first call
We start with a relaxed call. You tell me your date, your dream, and roughly your budget. I tell you honestly what is possible and which way of working suits you.

The venue
If you do not have a venue yet, this is where my black book earns its keep. We shortlist Cotswolds venues that fit your numbers, your style and your budget, then visit the best of them together.

The design chapter
The fun part. We build the look of your day, sage and stone or whatever is truly yours. Palette, flowers, table settings, stationery, all pulled into one calm mood board.

The suppliers
I bring in the florists, photographers and makers I trust. Every one is booked, briefed and held to the plan, so you are not chasing emails on a Tuesday night.

The last month
We confirm every detail, from place cards to timings. I build the running order and take the reins, so the final weeks feel calm instead of frantic.

The day itself
I am there from early morning to the last dance. I hold the timeline and solve the small things quietly, so you get to be a guest at your own wedding.
By the morning of the wedding there was nothing left to worry about. Freya had it all. We just enjoyed the day.
Ready to start your first call?
Tell me your date and your venue, if you have one. I will take it from there.
